District Judge Daniel Boucher raised bail Monday to $10,000 for a man accused of writing more than $1,100 in bad checks.
David Wolfgang Vannostrand, charged with felony issuing bad checks, has a warrant on him for allegedly writing three checks that amount to $1,169.18 to Gary and Leo’s Fresh Foods in May 2016.
Assistant Attorney General Kenneth Barns said during court that Vannostrand has similar pending charges in other jurisdictions.
