10:08 a.m., 10th Street. A caller asked to speak to police about someone breaking into her apartment.

10:39 a.m., Second Street. Dispatch received a call from someone saying they found a backpack in a dumpster.

12:10 p.m., 15th Street. A stray kitten in a window well was reported to Animal Control.

1:30 p.m., Second Street. A storage business caller reported to police that random locks were cut.

4:13 p.m., Second Street. Salvador Campos Rivera, 38, of Havre, was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant.

5:34 p.m., U.S. Hwy 2. Someone driving a Toyota RAV 4 hit a deer, a caller reported.

6:52 p.m., Third Avenue. A caller reported to police that a group of kids built a tunnel through a snowbank.

10:23 p.m., First Street. Police arrested two people after receiving a report that a man and woman were fighting. Savannah Sunchild, 20, of Havre, was arrested on charges of minor in possession of intoxicant and partner or family member assault; Jared Ray Lamere-Macdonald, 21, of Havre, was arrested on two misdemeanor warrants.

2:52 a.m., Fourth Avenue (Hingham). A caller asked for a deputy regarding the possible sprinkling of drugs around their house.
