Friday, Feb. 14
11:12 a.m. U.S. Highway 2. A tan horse with a dark mane was loose on the highway.
11:34 a.m. Second Street West. A male and female were yelling at each other.
12:53 p.m. U.S. Highway 2. Police arrested four people during a stop. All had outstanding warrants.
1:38 p.m. Second Street. Someone reported a suspicious package.
5:47 p.m. Lincoln Avenue. A juvenile stole money from her, a caller reported. Police ticketed a 16-year-old on a theft charge.
7:14 p.m. First Street West. A male was on the ground.
8:21 p.m. Beaver Creek Road. Juveniles were riding in the back of a truck bed.
8:26 p.m. Second Street. Police investigated a report involving a stolen pickup truck.
Saturday, Feb. 15
3:25 a.m. Havre. A caller reported a possible drunk driver.
4:33 a.m. First Street lodging business. A caller reported three suspicious juveniles. Police ticketed three boys ages 11, 12, and 13 on curfew violations.
6:16 p.m. Montana Avenue. Police investigated a report about a stolen chainsaw.
Sunday, Feb. 16
8:16 a.m. McKinley Avenue. A caller told police someone was sleeping in a pickup that was parked and idling in his driveway. Police arrested a 26-year-old Havre man on charges of aggravated assault and driving without a license.
11:53 a.m. Saddle Butte Drive. People were sitting outside in a blue Ford taking pictures.
2:15 p.m. Sixth Street. A female who helped her move stole items from her, a caller told dispatch.
2:13 p.m. Third Avenue. A black Labrador attacked her child and then took off, a caller reported.
4:49 p.m. Fifth Street. Someone asked the police to come to her residence and pick up a needle that was on the floor.
6:02 p.m. Third Avenue casino. A caller reported finding a baggie full of white powder.
6:23 p.m. Fifth Street North. A male punched a female in the face.
10:54 p.m. A caller reported that his daughter had his phone and wouldn’t bring it back.
Monday, Feb. 17
12:17 p.m. Fifth Street. A caller wanted someone arrested.
11:55 a.m. Someone wanted to talk to police about an ex.
12:48 p.m. 12th Avenue. A male might be in the residence, a caller reported.
4:44 p.m. Second Street. Someone asked that police tell his co-worker to stop harassing him.
8:11 p.m. Washington Avenue. A male was screaming and yelling.
9:16 p.m. Main Street in Kremlin. A caller said he heard a noise in his backyard. When he went to his back door to check, he saw a male in the yard running away.
Tuesday, Feb. 18
8:36 a.m. First Street store. Two vehicles in the parking lot looked like the occupants were exchanging drugs, the caller said.
10:49 a.m. First Street store. A man stole hand sanitizer, a caller reported. Police arrested a 57-year-old Box Elder man for theft.
1 p.m. 11th Street West. Dispatch received a report about two juveniles at Havre Middle School fighting. Police issued two tickets.
2:30 p.m., 11th Street West. A caller asked if police could check on a white van that someone kept running to and fro.
6:05 p.m. 22nd Avenue West. A caller asked for help with her daughter, who was very drunk and trying to stab people. No further action was required.
8:44 p.m. First Street. A driver may have been drunk-driving.
Wednesday, Feb. 19
4:24 a.m. First Street West. Police made an arrest after receiving a call about someone driving into a rock.
6:52 p.m. U.S. Highway 2. An injured deer was in the middle of the highway.
11:25 p.m. Seventh Avenue North. A dog was barking.
11:52 p.m. Second Avenue (Box Elder). Her brother trashed her house, a caller reported.
Thursday, Feb. 20
1:54 a.m. 13th Street. Someone driving a Ford F-250 pickup crashed into a light pole, a caller reported.
11:51 a.m. Ninth Avenue. A caller reported receiving a suspicious letter from Korea.
4:08 p.m. First Street. Someone complained a child wasn’t properly restrained.
4:16 p.m. First Street store. A male and female were arguing in the parking lot.
9:48 p.m. 13th Street. A caller lost her black computer bag, laptop and college textbooks.
Friday, Feb. 21
1:56 a.m. First Street bar. A bar fight was reported.
