Havre 911: Monday – Friday – Independent News of the Hi-Line

The following are reports from the Hill County Sheriff’s Office and Havre Police Department dispatch logs, agencies that also respond to animal control calls.

Monday

10:07 a.m., First Street. A male threatened to arrest someone in the parking lot.

2:50 p.m., First Street. A suspicious female was putting notes on trees and poles.

4:16 p.m., First Avenue. Police investigated a report involving a keyed car.

Tuesday

12:01 p.m., Second Avenue. Deputies investigated a report involving stolen license plates.

3:57 p.m., Kremlin Road. A female called 911 screaming and asking for help before her cell service dropped. The coordinates were given to deputies.

11:02 p.m., U.S. Hwy 2. A 30-year-old Hingham man was arrested for driving without a license.

Wednesday

11:30 a.m., U.S. Hwy 87. Someone reported a large snake in their yard.

12:27 p.m., Third Street. Police investigated an incident involving a male with a cut to the throat.

9:21 a.m., Second Street. Police arrested a 25-year-old Havre man on charges of negligent endangerment, failure to stop and identify self, failure to give notice of an accident and reckless driving.

Thursday

4:53 a.m., 13th Street. A female said her boyfriend assaulted her. Police made an arrest.

9:11 a.m., First Street restaurant. Police investigated after receiving a report about certain items found in the bathroom.

5:31 p.m., Third Avenue. A small child was walking unattended in the middle of the street.

7:01 p.m., Seventh Street and Fifth Street. A female and dog were hit by a vehicle. The female was walking around afterward, the caller reported. Police ticketed a 21-year-old Havre man on a charge of failure to yield to a pedestrian.

10:24 p.m., Second Street business. A male in a black pickup was staring at people who were going through the ATM.

Friday

4:38 a.m., 22nd Avenue. Someone is banging on her door, a caller reported. Police made an arrest.
