Police Blotter- Aug. 10, 2018 – Independent News of the Hi-Line

THURSDAY

8:40 a.m., Third Street. A caller reported that a dog was locked in a black SUV. Officers arrested Christopher Paul Hammond, 19, of Havre, for the charge of animal cruelty.

8:40 a.m., Third Street. Officers arrested Michelle Nichole Healy, 36, of Havre, on a misdemeanor warrant. 

11:49 a.m. U.S. Hwy 2. A caller reported that sexual acts were happening in the business parking lot. 

1:25 p.m., Second Street-15th Avenue. Officers arrested Valerie Rose Knoll, 46, on a disorderly conduct charge. 

2:55 p.m., 17th Street. Police looked into a stolen weed eater report. 

3:20 p.m., First Street. Police investigated an accident between a street sweeper and a pickup truck.

5:58 p.m., Boulevard Avenue. Someone reported to police that their neighbor came home wearing a mask and rubber gloves and threw “a bunch of stuff in the in the  dumpster.” The reporting party asked that officers inspect what was thrown in the dumpster. 

6:15 p.m., 10th Street. Officers looked into a report of stolen bikes.

9:46 p.m., Pepin Park. A suspicious man was reported. Police arrested Curtis Pete Onco III, 45, of Rocky Boy, on charges of disorderly conduct and a probation violation. 

2:09 U.S. Hwy 87. Someone reported that her ex stole her dog.
