Police Blotter- Aug. 13, 2018 – Independent News of the Hi-Line

FRIDAY

12:04 p.m., A caller reported the window to her car was broken. 

1:48 p.m., 17th Street. Police arrested Eric Lee Ambler, 42, of Havre, on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, violations of conditions of release, operating a vehicle without valid registration, no motorcycle endorsement, and a District Court warrant violation.

5:52 p.m., First Street business. Someone reported a bike was left outside the grocery and was stolen. 

7:33 p.m., Second Street. An assault was reported. Officers arrested Raven Wolfgang Lanie, 20, of Havre, on a disorderly conduct charge and a misdemeanor warrant.

9:57 p.m., Second Street. Kyle Glen Delaurier, 19, of Havre, was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant.

SATURDAY

5:05 a.m., BNSF. A 25-gallon diesel spill on the fuel pad was reported. No further action was needed.

11:18 a.m., First Street casino. Three drunk males were given verbal warnings after being asked to leave a business. 

8:18 p.m., First Street hotel. A drunk male was disturbing customers. He was given a verbal warning.

8:49 p.m., 10th Street. Police arrested during a stop Joshua Kay Blatter, 28, of Havre on a stop sign violation charge and a misdemeanor warrant.

SUNDAY

2:29 a.m. Deputies investigated after a Northern Montana Hospital caller reported someone with a knife wound. The alleged victim didn’t provide further information. Deputies are following up. 

7:37 a.m. Linda Corena Gonyea, 53, of Havre, was arrested on charges of criminal contempt and revocation of suspended or revoked driver’s license in connection to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

7:54 a.m., Timothy Shawn Anderson, 26, of Havre, was arrested on a criminal contempt charge in connection to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation. 

8:10 a.m. Matthew Joseph Saddler, 34, of Havre, was arrested on a probation violation charge.

5:31 p.m., 16th Avenue. Police investigated an auto theft report. A 1995 blue Honda Civic was taken from the front of her house, the caller reported. 

6:20 p.m., U.S. Hwy 2 business. Deputies arrested two people on charges of shoplifting: Barbara Dianne Richardson, 60, of Big Sandy, and a 16-year-old.

8 p.m., Curve Drive. A caller reported that a matte black bike with a luggage rack was stolen.

8: 10 p.m., Fourth Street. A caller asked if the police department had an ax he could borrow to cut down a bush near his house. The Havre Police Department dispatcher said this morning lending out axes is not a service the police department provides.

9:23 p.m. First Street business. Two men were “aggressively” panhandling, the caller reported. 

TODAY

12:10 a.m. Boys & Girls Club of the Hi-Line. Two callers reported that there were juveniles on the roof. A 16-year-old was ticketed on charges of criminal trespass to property and juvenile curfew violation. 

1:31 Seventh Avenue. A male was selling drugs, the caller reported.
