TUESDAY

8:12 a.m., First Street. A caller requested that an officer deal with a male who was on the property. Police arrested Joseph Dale Onco, 20, of Havre, on a felony as well as a misdemeanor warrant, and two charges: possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of dangerous drugs.

9:16 a.m., First Street. Someone reported a restraining order violation.

2:22 p.m., First Street. Police investigated a complaint made by the Child Abuse Hotline.

8:53 p.m., Second Street. A box of tie downs and cables were thrown in their driveway, someone reported.

9:45 p.m., Washington Avenue. A man who looked homeless was digging through the trash, a caller reported.

10:20 p.m., Ninth Avenue lodging business. Evelyn Frances Foursouls, 35, of Havre, was arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of children, two counts, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

11:03 p.m., 12th Street. Police received a report from a caller who said that someone broke into her house and took off in a white car.
