MONDAY

7:59 a.m. Third Street. A woman said she lost money and a sweater and asked someone to check on her.

8:08 a.m. Second Street. A male was found passed out on a bench.

8:28 a.m. Hospital Hill. Officers picked up an Oakley sunglass case. 

11:53 a.m., Hill Co. Detention Center. Desarae Rose Matte, 27, was arrested on a violations of protective order charge.

11:09 a.m. Main Street. BNSF police notified Havre police and the fire department about a hydraulic oil spill. The spill was taken care of, the call log says.

1:42 p.m. Fifth Street. An older man with curly hair wearing a green coat and hoodie was sitting in the road, caller reported. 

2:56 p.m. Probation and Parole Office (U.S. Hwy 2). Michelle Nichole Healy, 36, was arrested on a felony warrant.

3:56 p.m. North Havre. Caller reported an erratic semi truck driver traveling eastbound on U.S. Hwy 2.

4:56 p.m. Fifth Avenue. Officers arrested Christine Louise Hostetler, 55, during a stop on charges having to do with driving with suspended or revoked driver’s license and failing to show proof of insurance.

8:03 p.m.  Third Street. Caller reported that a dog was barking “non-stop.”

8:29 p.m. First Street. Leeann Lynn Duran, 33, was arrested on a traffic warrant and a driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license charge.

9:26 p.m. First Street. Caller reported that two fishing poles were stolen out of his pickup while parked in front of a First Street bar.

10:53 p.m. Ninth Avenue. Caller reported that a male was beating up a female. Myron Scott Michel, 49, was ticketed for charges of partner or family member assault and conditions of release violations. 

11:58 p.m. Third Avenue. Deputies arrested two people during a stop: Steve Jacob Raining Bird, 34, on a felony warrant, and Darwin Dalton Sutherland, 24, on two misdemeanor warrants and a drug paraphernalia charge. 

TUESDAY

12:20 a.m. 10th Street. Caller reported that his son needed to be removed by officers. 

2:51 a.m. Eaglewood Street. Caller reported she was being assaulted, “then said he left and she didn’t need help and hung up.”
