Police Blotter- Sept. 4, 2018 – Independent News of the Hi-Line

FRIDAY

11:06 a.m., U.S. Hwy 2 business. A caller reported that a male has been harassing her at work.

1:14 p.m., Hill County Detention Center. Jessica Laura Wetsit, 39, of Havre, was arrested on a felony warrant.

2:07 p.m., U.S. Hwy 2 business. A shoplifter was reported. Deputies ticketed Glenda Jane Wells, 44, of Box Elder, on a shoplifting charge. 

2:14 p.m., First Street business. Officers arrested Kaleb Emanuel Freyholtz, 28, of Hingham, on a driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license charge.

2:27 p.m., Northern Montana Hospital. A cat bite was reported. 

3:35 p.m., First Street. Travis Granger, 29, of Auburndale, Florida, was arrested on a charge of driving with a revoked or suspended driver’s license. 

6:55 p.m., U.S. Hwy 2 business. Shoplifters were loading their car, the caller reported. Deputies arrested Sara Leigh Dipasquale, 42, of Browning, on charges of shoplifting, driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, and criminal mischief. Lyyah Lee, 19, of Browning, was ticketed on a shoplifting charge. Dispasquale was also charged with possession of dangerous drugs after she was transported to the Hill County Detention Center. 

6:56 p.m., MSU-Northern. Police received a complaint that a transient man was sleeping on the bench. A verbal warning was issued. 

8:10 p.m., U.S. Hwy 2. Police received a report that a drunk male was laying on the ground behind the mall. Darryl Anthony Bigleggins, 52, of Hays, was arrested on a felony warrant. 

8:16 p.m., First Street. Someone reported a litter of bunnies running by the McDonald’s drive-thru. No further action was required. 

10:21 p.m., Boulevard Avenue (Optimist Park). A caller reported that sprinklers weren’t working and they were flooding the street.

10:33 p.m., First Street. A man was causing a scene, a caller reported. 

11:03 p.m., Sixth Street. Juveniles were being noisy, the complainant reported. 

SATURDAY

12:30 a.m., Wilson Avenue. Officers arrested during a stop Ryan Devris Haas, 37, of Havre, on a DUI charge. 

10 a.m., Main Street. Michael Scott Morsette, 35, of Ford Hood, Texas, was arrested on misdemeanor and traffic warrants. 

2:14 p.m., First Street business. Deputies arrested Kaleb Emanuel Freyholtz, 28, of Hingham, on a driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license charge. 

3:30 p.m., Second Street. People had been partying since the night before and one of them was passed out on the ground, the caller told police. Everett Dale Windyboy, 65, of Havre, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal trespass to property. 

4:19 p.m., Third Street. Officers found a man urinating. Kim Alan Ironbear, 46, of Havre, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and other. 

6:16 p.m., First Street. A driver in a black Honda Accord who was speeding was reported. Officers arrested Kenny Anton Anderson, 52, of Havre, on charges of driving without insurance, having an open container in a motor vehicle while on the highway, careless driving, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI, and resisting arrest. 

6:22 p.m., U.S. Hwy 2. Officers arrested someone. No further information was available. 

7:51 p.m., U.S. Hwy 2. A caller reported a “belligerent” juvenile. A 14-year-old was ticketed on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. 

SUNDAY

1:12 a.m., First Street. Officers were requested to a First Street gas station. Jennifer Rose Beston, 33, of Rocky Boy, was arrested on a charge of theft and a traffic warrant. 

1:54 a.m., First Street. Waldron Wayne Jr. Crows Breast, 48, of Harlem, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge.

2:01 a.m., Jefferson Avenue. Someone reported a noise complaint. Officers arrested Jadelynn Fourstar Clancy, 19, of Havre, on charges of minor in possession of an intoxicant and social host, and also arrested Emanuel D. Sanchez, 19, on charges of minor in possession of an intoxicant and obstructing a peace officer. Three 19-year-olds and a 20-year-old were also ticketed, all for minor in possession of an intoxicant charges.

2:35 a.m., First Street bar. A caller requested that an officer drive by while she was closing up. 

10:15 a.m., Fourth Avenue. A caller reported that his case of pool sticks was stolen from his vehicle. 

3:39 p.m., McKinley Avenue. Officers investigated a report of stolen property from the caller’s pickup truck.

4:05 p.m., First Street. Officers arrested Tyler Jordan Cook, 28, of Big Sandy, on charges of driving with an expired registration, driving without insurance, and a misdemeanor warrant. 

11:10 p.m., First Street. Someone reported a disturbance. Officers arrested Colorado James McConnell, 19, of Havre, on charges of disorderly conduct and minor in possession of intoxicant. 

MONDAY

4:19 a.m., First Street. Police investigated an assault report. 

4:34 a.m., Pine Drive. Police investigated a burglary report. 

11:34 a.m., Fourth Avenue. A caller reported that an engagement ring and a wedding band were stolen out of his pickup the night before. 

1:07 p.m., Beaver Creek Park. Deputies investigated a report that a 4-year-old was bitten by a dog.

12:52 p.m., First Street restaurant. An anonymous caller wanted to speak to an officer about underage drug use and parties.

2:12 p.m., First Street restaurant. A brown bunny was wandering around, the caller reported. 

4 p.m., First Street. Travis Kyle Wilson, 28, of Havre, was arrested on two misdemeanor warrants. 

6:08 p.m., 10th Street. A caller reported that someone who did not have a 3-year-old in a car seat and she also tried to run the caller over. 

7:43 p.m., Second Street. A male was staying in camper that didn’t belong to him, the caller reported. 

8:18 p.m., Second Street. A caller asked for police assistance with a squatter who was at his business.
