8 a.m., Beaver Creek Boulevard (Rotary Park). Officers gave a verbal warning to a man who was reported to be sleeping under the picnic table in a sleeping bag.
8:06 a.m., Fifth Avenue. Officers arrested during a stop Marita Lee Bear, 37, of Havre, on charges of failure to yield to stop sign and driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license.
9:45 a.m., 14th Street. A caller reported that they’d like the neighbor’s cat to stop using their yard as a restroom.
3:18 p.m., Third Street. Jordan Miles Hobson, 26, of Havre, was arrested on a misdemeanor warrant.
9 p.m., Second Street. Scott Earl Smith, 37, of Havre, was arrested on a probation violation charge.
11:16 p.m., Ninth Avenue. A caller reported a disturbance. Paul Vincent Elston, 29, of Havre, was arrested on a partner or family member assault.
